Get checked: For a hernia which,if direct will bulge on coughing. If it is an indirect hernia and still small the doctor will feel the impulse on coughing with his or her finger. It may also be muscle or ligament strain, swollen lymph nodes,kidney stone.....It is best to get checked than to guess. Good luck
