Theoretically: Possible. There have been some cases where tetanus developed weeks after exposure, but typically incubation period is about 1 week. In addition you would have some significant symptoms, difficulty, swallowing, fever, rapid heart rate, sweats, spasm of abdominal , jaw and neck muscles.
