Not sure: I don't routinely do ECG at the initiation of venlafaxine or increasing it. Venlafaxine is known to minimally affect one's blood pressure with an upward trend, but that affect is so insignificant that i would not bother with an ECG unless you have a severe heart disease that might be significantly affected by it.
