Myself 30 years, have ecg,echo test normal but some time there is increase in heart beat(100)and some time low heart beat(60), i feel palpitations?

Have it checked: If your normal rate changes without excess exercise or drugs to slow the heart rate, you need a cardiologist examine you to determine the cause and then try to stabilize your heart beat. The cardiologist will examine an EKG he will take and determine the cause. Don't hesitate, get this checked before additional changes become bad.
