Conception: You are going to need a dating ultrasound to tell when you conceived. But, Plan B only works 50% of the time. That is why regular birth control is much more effective at preventing pregnancy. It would be very unlikely for any test to be able to pick up pregnancy on 7/10 from sex on 7/3.
