See details: Do you mean back pain or just back cracking? Pain has many causes and the back needs to be evaluated. Cracking means nothing.

Varies: There are multiple potential causes. Early arthritic changes in the facet joints is among the more common causes. Don't hesitate to be seen if you are having trouble with it.

Everytime i walk or move i hear a "grinding" or "cacking" type of sound. Could this be coming from back or neck? What type of symptoms could cause?
