Self-treatment: It is most likely Pearly Penile Papules (that really is the name!) and they are not serious. I would recommend NOT poking needles in your penis, or any other lesion. You are more likely to create an infection than to solve one! Self-surgery (poking at pustules or other skin things) is not usually a good idea. If you are bothered by something, see your doctor.
