There's not just one: Almost all of the toothpastes on the market are as good as another. Technique used for brushing is more important. In fact, in my opinion, one could concoct a toothpaste, as effective or better than all of them--and a lot less expensive. ( i believe this is true for many of the prescription drugs we use). Dilute peroxide and baking soda are two ingredients to a good toothpaste. I'm not a dentist.
