Inflammatory bowel?: symptoms are concerning for possible inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's or ulcerative colts. this history of diarrhea, mucus from the rectum and abdominal pain needs to be evaluated further in an medical office. You may need a colonoscopy with biopsies to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
