Neuropathy: you most likely suffer from inflammation of your Sciatic nerve, that either could be due disk disease, so the nerve root is inflamed or it could be 2/2 muscle spasm in your butt (piriformis syndrome)which could press the sciatic nerve, other condition including Sacroiliac joint dysfunction could cause the same symptoms
