Might have: A uti and think it's not empty but it is. Can be evaluated by a bladder scan or apost void residual catheter at any rate you need a doctor!

Unable to urinate: It looks like you have had problems with your bladder in the past which makes the situation more complicated and justifies prompt medical evaluation and possibly a catheter. In general if you are unable to urinate but feel like your bladder is full and especially if this problem persists you should seek medical attention. If you do not treat it you run the risk of kidney damage.
