Yes, but do not ....: Yes there are operations to correct ' bandy' legs ( either 'knock- kneed' or 'bowlegged'), but as an adult your age I would advise against them unless there are very important / serious problems that cannot be corrected w/ medication, bracing, or even replacement. Osteotomies are best reserved for children and young adults w/ significant deformity. See an ORS who treats adult malaligment/OA.GL!

Treatment: Osteotomies of the tibia or femur are sometimes called for with angular ("bandy") deformities of the legs particular;ly if they are associated with knee or foot/ankle symptoms. See an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation . There is nothing you personally can do at your age to correct the condition.
