Counseling: I'm trying to understand the question. If you are talking about getting in contact with a medical professional who will sit down with you and discuss problems that you're are having, then by all means do so. Emotional issues, depression, anxiety, and a ton of other related personal issues can be better understood and handled when you discuss them with a therapist. Contact a licensed psychologist.
