I was bit by a spider this morning. it's now bruised and about the size of a nickel. should i be concerned?

Bite: If it wasn't a black widow or brown recluse spider bite,I would expect no serious systemic reaction. If the bite area becomes secondarily infected(spreading redness and heat), no specific treatment is needed.
