I'm sure there are..: ...Plenty of options in paris, just as there are here. But in 30+ years of practice I have never encountered a "skin tightening" product delivers any sort of lasting result, and i doubt very much that french products are any better than ours. Bring back one of those little replicas of the eiffel tower instead.
