All mixed in foods: All vitamins are simple molecules, common in all foods of natural origin, routinely adjacent in nature & eaten together. Look each up; e.g. https://goo.gl/SG4DZ7 Why question? Study the chemistry. Vitamins=collected from food waste; big business. Lots of marketing; rarely ANY benefit. Clinical Trials MVit.=No benefit & largely harmful overtime.
