In the past few year im now 53 i cannot get near strong perfume or cologne. any smoke but 10x worse with cigarettes. will get a 3 day headache no cure?

Allergens: You appear to have developed a severe allergy to certain fragrances and cig smoke. Of course the true treatment is avoidance, but an allergist and Immunologist would be the one to see and get evaluated for any other cures. best wishes.
