It's just irritation: of the urethra. Although everybody thinks STDs, it can be caused by non-STD viruses, E.coli, sensitivity to chemicals, or an injury. Urethritis does not mean STD. It does mean you need to go to the Dr. to get it assessed and appropriately treated.
