Depo-Provera: I believe Petogen is Depo-Provera in the states. You have to see a doctor to get the injection - usually a GYN doctor. If you have no health insurance there are Health Department clinics that can provide you with low cost / free birth control.

Its Depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone): any Doctor or a nurse at the health dept can administer the shot
