My 9 year old son is on antibiotics for his lumps he is on his 4th day treatment but this evening i discovered a new lump further down his neck.

May be too early: Since it takes time to build up a blood antibiotic level that will end the infection, it is not unusual for there to be some increase in gland numbers or size.Review this with the doctor in a few days if this or other symptoms have not improved.
