Abdominal pain: It's normal to have uncomfortable abdominal sensations after having diarrhea for several days, so it's not surprising you would be sore. What is important is understanding and addressing the cause of your diarrhea. This can sometimes be difficult to do - recommend you see a gastroenterologist for evaluation and management.

Get examined: Avoid citrus, aspirin, alcohol, Advil (ibuprofen) and Aleve- nothing acidic. Get your bowel checked by a GI specialist.
