Dopamine: there is a lot of conflicting evidence on how dopaminergic transmission may be altered via manipulations to the serotonergic system, in some part of brain SSRIs (Cipralex) decreases dopamine but in some other part like Frontal cortex increases Dopamine, so I don't think your addiction problem is coming from your medication. Please talk to your psychiatrist about your problem.
