Seizures: No. Stool softeners do not interact with anticonvulsant medications. Seizures can be triggered by lack of sleep, hunger and poor nutrition, stress and anxiety. If the increased seizures continue then call your neurologist.

?relationship: Here's the core question, has the "stool softener" affected the absorption of your lamotrigine? You can readily check the serum level, and your doctor can adjust your medication dosage as needed. So, contact your neurologist, put driving and power equipment on hold until this is controlled.
