Causes for heart palpitations while weightlifting and during sexual activity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Adrenaline: During both activities, you adrenal gland is pumping out adrenaline (epinephrine). That is a potent heart stimulant. Some extra beats are expected. If you just feel some skips, ignore them. If it's occurring repeatedly or is troubling you, some testing should be done to assess the overall health of your heart. Meanwhile, avoid caffeine and nicotine. B sure you're getting enough rest and good diet
