Just switched from citalopram 20mg to busipirone 7.5mg, vertigo began within day or two of change - could buspirone be culprit? should i hang in?

Possibly: Dizziness can be a side effect of buspirone, but actually more common with citalopram. With BP Meds, recommend checking HR and BP.
