Antral follicles: The follicle sizes suggest that you are not close to ovulation. The follicle releases the egg at a follicle size of about 24 mm. Sometimes ovulation occurs much later than day 14-15. Work with your doc to decide when to scan and whether you need medication to make ovulation.
