How about----: deep breathing exercises (not hyperventilating) but nice, slowly paced, relaxing exercises? How about a relaxing massage to release muscle tension from the face, shoulders, arms, and back? How about soothing natural sounds or music which go well in a darkened & quiet spot? There are apps on iphones and ipads which are FREE for all these things. There is transcendental meditation? Yoga.
