Needs Evaluation: Although these kind of symptoms generally are musculoskeletal in origin and self-limited, in your situation I would seek medical evaluation. AVOID NSAID-type medicine like Ibuprofen, Aleve, (naproxen) or Aspirin and see your doctor.

Stretch: for trapezius muscle pain, stretch it. Do this by clasping hands behind your head. Sit up straight, elbows back. Then flex your neck (chin toward chest) and count to 30. Do this 3 times and daily. For tingle - need to work that up.
