Symptoms of nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, headaches thru weekend & diarrhea the entire past week. took 6 pregnancy test, all negative. what's wrong w/ me?

Gastroenteritis: My guess is that you're dealing with a viral gastroenteritis, or a stomach flu. Usually these are caused by viruses and can take up to a week to work themselves out of your system.
