Virus?: Sounds like she's not pregnant and has a virus. Repeat the pregnancy test in a few days because they are not super accurate. Usually pregnant women don't get back pain, etc right away anyway though. If her symptoms don't go away in a few days she should see her doctor to figure out why she's having all these symptoms.
