No : There is really no physiologic reason why exercise will increase your urine output. Also when you exercise, you are not literally "burning body fat" no matter what the elliptical machine says. You use circulating glucose, then glycogen stores to make glucose. The body will make glucose from fat only if you use up your glycogen stores.
