I have a facet joint fracture l2 and l5 in my back since last june. now i am having tingling and tightness down my legs. can that be from facet injury?

It is possible: It can if the vertebra have become shifted or are unstable and are compressing a nerve. Has a surgeon suggested having it fixed? Make sure you contact your spine specialist tomorrow. If the symptoms are acute and have just come on, you may want to go to the ER.

It can: Could be arthritis starting because of the facet joint fracture, especially as it heals. Or it could be a herniated disc. See a Spine Specialist to determine what it is and how to best help you.
