Lower left abdominal pain, comes and goes, gp said muscle related. the pain moves around and can feel the muscles pulling if i stretch. have had a sore lower back for a long time aswell. deff muscle?

General advice: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and, pain near the surface, associated with moving muscles, painful when just the muscle is poked...... is usually from a muscle. You'd be surprised how very many people are admitted to cardiology units for this.
