No they dont : What you are describing is those untreated with medicine and/or therapy, unaware of their moods and how to cope. This also describes rapid cycling. People medicated are on a even keel and manage themselves better. Regular med checkups ensure they behave and feel optimally. Bipolar dx is not so out of control as people think. Get therapy/medical help or get whomever asks some.
