Kinda fast, relax!: Those numbers are a little fast, but relax! your heart rate is really not abnormal. There is a wide range of resting heart rates, and with exertion that number increases. Don't be alarmed if with more strenuous exertion, it goes up to the 150s or more. Instead, try to get regular physical activity!
