Post inflammatory: hyperpigmentation is difficult to deal with post micro dermabrasion. Don't ever have that again. It takes time for the pigmentation to go away, a long time. You can speed it up by seeing your PCP and asking for a 1-2% bleaching agent, but then you have to use it sparingly, and can't go out in the sun with it, as that increases the hyperpigmentation further. Let the aesthetician know what happened
