BP drops: The drop in BP may or may not be normal. The dizziness is definitely abnormal. Make an appointment with your care giver for an in depth examination to determine diagnosis.

Yes: These readings are perfectly normal. There is lots of variability in your blood pressure between up and down and active and not. Your blood pressure is not a single static number. It is constantly changing. Lots of people get that head rush dizzy feeling when they stand up but if this is a constant thing and is problematic for you, get it checked out.
