See PCP: to identify cause. You may have inflammatory, infectious (worms), or other issues causing this, that needs to be explored, and tested further that no home remedy will alleviate fully until it's eradicated or treated properly. Call your doctor, and see her/him soon! The sooner it's solved, the better! Then, you can add home remedies that address the real problem that will work better!
