Who's guiding you?: Your question makes me wonder who exactly is directing your taking of all these medications? You are using prescription meds to be sure which means you had to get them from a doctor and you have a controlled med with Klonopin (clonazepam). But I don't understand how you are deciding to add this or that? Your doctor should be giving specific directions on what and how much to use as well as how to monitor.
