A 25-year-old male asked:

I was shaving near my genitals & only shaved the base of my penis. Before I could finish, I am noticing a bump or swelling at the very tip of my penis?

Bump: The bump is unrelated to your shaving. Unless you had an allergic reaction to the shaving cream etc. I would have this looked at by your doctor.
