If not getting ...: It looked like you just squeezed out a hair-follicle-related sebaceous cyst, resulting in tissue injury and possible superimposed infection. So, leave it alone if slowly but surely getting better day by day over the next 2-3 days, leave it alone. If not or getting worse, go for an urgent timely medical attention.
