Heart valve: That is a question for his prescribing doctor. It should be okay as long as he is not on a nitrate. Do voice any concerns you have with his doctor.

Possibly: There are no contraindications to taking Viagra (sildenafil) and warfarin together but Viagra (sildenafil) can have effects on blood pressure and cardiac function so he should consult with his cardiologist as to whether Viagra (sildenafil) is safe with his particular heart function.
