Gonorrhea: It sounds like you didn't have symptoms of the infection. You would have gotten it from sexual activity. It may be impossible to say for sure when you got it. You will need to contact your sexual partners and tell them to get tested. I wish you the best.

2-14 days is the : incubation period. Once symptoms develop then it can persist for some weeks or even months if not eradicated with medications and proper follow up. Telling public health so those exposed can all get tested and treated is important. It is almost always contracted via sexual activity. If you have GC then you should be tested for all the other STI's as well. It was good that you got checked.
