Check posture when: sitting, typing on computer, using your iPhone or Android, (methyltestosterone) or driving, riding the bus. All these things affect bilateral shoulder pain, b/c it forces us to hunch, which isn't healthy for our backs or bodies. If you have good posture, then maybe it's a pinched nerve, or the way you carry your backpack, or purse. May be too heavy. Shouldn't be more than 10 pounds max. Also, wearing too high heels.
