Go back to basics!: Your profile says you have celiac disease, and so if no trauma is involved at the time of symptoms starting, you need to look at your diet & gut since then. What did you eat? What were you doing (activity, trauma)? There are referred pain patterns from the gut, gallbladder, colon, liver that needs to be investigated further by your doctor. Get seen and examined soon!
