Difficult: First don't pick at it, more trauma can make it worse. See a dermatologist sometimes a steroid injection into the body of the keloid can shrink it. sometimes surgically removing the keloid and suturing the wound cosmetically will not create another keloid but there is no guarantee that another wont form
