See your dr: It could be from a nodule in your thyroid. Your doctor will want to examine you, and possibly order an ultrasound to find out what it is.

Usually not serious.: See your doctor. You may have an assymetric goiter, a thyoid nodule or cyst. Hashimoto's thyroiditis and grave's need be exluded. I would personally get an ultrasound, becuase if you have a solid nodule, it should be bxed.
