Viral GE: One of the most common causes ifs a Viral Gastroenteritis, which usually resolves with flushing of a liquid diet for a good 24 hours, bowel rest, and then slowly increasing your diet to a soft "BRAT" diet. Other causes may be bacterial, or underlying GI issues. If it persists, you will need to see GI for testing. Best wishes.
