Left flank pain : Left Flank pain? Could be pyelonephritis.. Or kidney or upper urinary tract Infection. Any fevers, burning with voiding urine or nausea. Other possibilities are diverticulitis, kidney stones. A ABDOMINAL CT can rule out last two. Get urine analysis as the first step. Don't guess seek medical attention.
