Proctalgia fugax.: This sounds like proctalgia fugax or ibs relieved with defecation. Talk to your doctor or gastroenterologist further about your symptoms and let him/her examine you and make the correct diagnosis if your symptoms recur. Also, the ibs would make a lot of sense as it is common with anxiety disorders and treatment.
